Most of our publications provide step-by-step scripts for repeating our analyses in the supplementary material. However, for two of our older papers, we instead provide scripts in Protocols.
One or two times a year, we run a one-day workshop (generally in Aarhus, London or Melbourne), where we explain how LDAK can be used to investigate the genetic architecture of complex traits. You can find the slides, practicals and data from these workshops in Short Courses.
