Imputation Regions

When imputing datasets using IMPUTE2, for computational reaons, it is necessary to divide the genome into chunks of length. The file allreg.txt contains an intelligent divide of the human genome into 549 regions, of lengths approximately 5Mb. When dividing the genome, we tried when possible to find natural breakpoints, such as the centromere, and we extended the window length in regions of low SNP density.
